Extra virgin olive oil

Picked by hand. Pressed cold.

Our olives are hand-picked between October and November and cold-pressed in a small mill we trust, so we can follow every step. A blend of Leccino, Correggiolo, Frantoio and Moraiolo: fresh grass, artichoke and almond, with a balanced bitterness and spice. We also make Minuta, from an ancient local variety, gentle and delicate.

Brewed from our own fields.

We grow a large part of the cereals ourselves and brew together with a local craft brewery. Six beers that do not try to be like any other, all top-fermented and naturally refermented in the bottle.

From our family table to yours.

Traditional Tuscan recipes, ready to heat and serve, seasonal preserves made with around 70% untreated fruit, and our raw honey. Within Europe they can travel with your wines; for other countries, just ask.
